Need a space for your artistic production?

Side Street Studio Arts offers Co-Production opportunities that help your theater production, concert, class, or dance performance expand its reach and gain a new audience.
We handle ticket sales, tech support, bar staff and aid in marketing the event - leaving you to focus on performing.

Chairs and tables are available for all spaces. Sound and lighting are provided, and we can customize the setup to your needs. All spaces are clustered together and are about a 10-minute walk from the Chicago St stop on the Metra Milwaukee District West line. A large parking deck is located minutes away.

We have four spaces to fit your needs:

THEATER
Hosts up to 90 guests. There is a kitchen and green room outside the space. Please be aware that the Theater is located at 15 ½ Ziegler Court, which is up a flight of stairs and not wheelchair accessible.

BACKSPACE
Hosts up to 45 guests. Also located on the upper floor of 15 ½ Ziegler Court, Backspace offers a more intimate space for your performance.

GALLERY
Hosts up to 70 guests. Located at 15 Ziegler Court at street level. Excellent for concerts!

LAB / Artists Workspace
Hosts up to 10 guests. Located at 11 S. Spring Street across the alley from the Gallery. With plenty of heavy duty tables, the perfect space to hold hands-on art classes.

Co-Productions are sustained through a split of the admission costs at the door with the artists. All co-productions require a fully refundable $250 security deposit.
